Keeping a Conscious Diet

When we talk about diet we generally like to think about what it is that we eat. While that is important there are other types of diet that we must consider. The environmental diet for instance has to do with the type of environment we live in and the things we involve ourselves with. The energetic diet deals with the music we listen to, the tv, movies, and media we watch, and even the people we surround ourselves with. Etc. We are unconscious of these forms of diet and what the spiritual community deems as "Spiritual Pollution". These things we surround ourselves with and spend time doing have an impact on our health. They can carry stressful energies that we unconsciously take on and sadly let pile up. Stressful energy has also been on the rise in recent years due to the influence our sun has on the electromagnetic environment of the earth. Large solar flares have been shifting the earth's global electromagnetic resonance which causes our brain waves to also shift. Sadly this effect results in us becoming either energetically ungrounded (stressed) or, if well practiced, more meditative and focused (spiritual). These large solar flares began occurring in 2012 and, as confirmed by NASA, will continue to increase until 2025. Stress alone is 1 of the 6 major leading causes of death in the U.S. However no matter the times we live in, we enjoy living the way we do and the conveniences we have, therefore we will never not be surrounded by these things. So how do we create that way of being fully grounded, focused, at peace, and become happy? We start with what we can control.
